Deborah Earle Green
Deborah Earle Green, 50, died Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2002, at her residence in Columbus. She was a former longtime resident of Franklin.
She was born May 7, 1952, in Franklin. Her parents were John Clifton and Irene (Cheek) Brown. Survivors include a son, Doug Green, of Nineveh; four sisters, Irma Wilkerson and Sharon Quick, both of Franklin, Carol Schuneman of Shelbyville and Linda Wagerman of Greenwood; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Danny Brown.
She attended Franklin Community High School.
She worked in food service most of her life, working several years at the Hickory Creek Nursing Home in Franklin and more recently at the Christina House in Franklin.
She enjoyed cooking and reading.
The Rev. Harvey Weaver will conduct a service at 7 tonight at Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home in Franklin. Friends may call from 4 p.m. until time of service today at the funeral home. Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin.
