Thomas Gillaspy, one of Hensley township’s prominent and highly respected citizens, died suddenly last Saturday morning about ten o’clock. He was engaged at work plowing in a field near his house when he was observed by his son, Clem, to throw up his hands and then fall to the ground. Life had departed before he could be removed from the field. Mr. Gillaspy had been in apparently good health and his death came unexpectedly. His funeral was held Sunday afternoon attended by a large number of relatives and friends.
