OBITUARY.
In Remembrance.
Hary [sic] German, who was born July 20th, 1871, near Trafalgar, Johnson Co., Ind, died of consumption at the home of Mr. and Mrs. L. B. Zaring, 100 Camp St, Indianapolis, where he had lived for nearly three years, on the 8th day of Feb, 1896, at 1:15 p.m. Deceased was a member of the fourth Christian church and of the Y.P.S.C.E., and was held in the highest esteem by all who knew him. He was a sufferer for some fifteen months, though not confined to the house all the time, but for the last five weeks he was not able to leave the house. He bore his suffering with great patience, and expressed his willingness to go when the master called. Funeral services at the above named residence on Sunday at 4 o’clock p.m., Elder Geo. H. Clarke of the fourth Christian church officiating. The floral offerings were profuse and very beautiful, fully attesting the high regard in which he was held by all.
The burial took place on Monday, Feb. 10, 1896, at Salem M. E. church in Johnson county, Ind., where his mother, who died some four years ago was buried.
“Blessed are the dead that die in the Lord. Yea saith the spirit. They rest from their labor and their works do follow them.”
A FRIEND.
