Mrs. A. Forelander, widow of the late Thos. B. Forelander, died at Edinburg last Friday, age sixty-six years. The funeral was held Saturday afternoon at two o’clock, conducted by Rev. J. T. O’Neal of the Methodist church.
Note: In the 1860 US Federal Census for Edinburg, Johnson County, Indiana Thomas Folander [sic] and his brother John are boarders in the Isaac D Collins residence. Also living in this residence as a servant is America Spicer. In the 1870 US Federal Census for Ninveh, Johnson County, Indiana and in the 1880 US Federal Census for Edinburg, Johnson County, Indiana, Thomas is head of a household which includes his wife, America, therefore, America Forelander is most probably America Spicer.
