Paul Wayne Fleener
Paul Wayne Fleener, 55, died Saturday, Oct. 19, 2002, in Franklin. He was a resident of Franklin.
He was born June 7, 1947, in Trafalgar. His father is Lawrence Fleener Jr. of Franklin. His mother was Pauline (Curry) White. He married Christine (Smith) Fleener on May 22, 1965. She survives. Other survivors include three daughters, Chris Anne Mabry of Morgantown, Jill Hodge of Trafalgar and Paula Fleener of Wabash; four brothers, Larry Dean Fleener, Bill Fleener, Johnny Day and Gary Day, all of Franklin; three sisters, Sue Blackwell of Greenwood, Linda Colburn of Franklin and Lariann Wiseman of Trafalgar; and one grandson. He was preceded in death by his stepfather, George White; and his stepmother, Helen Fleener.
He attended Franklin schools.
He was self-employed in the asphalt paving business.
He enjoyed motorcycles, demolition derbies, fishing and raccoon hunting.
The Rev. Carl Hilton will conduct a graveside service at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. today at Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home in Franklin.
