Flora Tilson Fitzpatrick, after a lingering illness of typhoid fever, died Saturday morning at 3 o’clock in the 28th year of her age. She united with the Hurricane Baptist church when quite young, and lived a consistent Christian life until death. Although young, she had known sorrow, as her husband and one daughter had preceded her in death. Her funeral was held at the Baptist church Sunday afternoon at three o’clock, conducted by Rev. P. O. Duncan, who spoke from Hebrew 11:16. The remains were interred in our cemetery. She leaves a son and daughter besides a large circle of relatives and friends to mourn their loss.Silverite.
