DR. J. S. FARRIS.
Dr. J. S. Farris, one of the oldest physicians in the county, died at his home in Bargersville, very unexpectedly, on Wednesday morning. He had not been in vigorous health for several years on account of age and other infirmities, and was taken suddenly ill on Tuesday. The funeral occurred yesterday afternoon. The Doctor was the father of Mrs. Perry, wife of Auditor T. C. M. Perry.

Dr. Farris, of Bargersville, was taken suddenly ill on Tuesday and died on Wednesday morning. Dr. Farris was about seventy years old and had been a resident of this county for a great number of years. He was the father of Mrs. T. C. M. Perry, of this city. The funeral took place yesterday afternoon, the remains being interred in the Hopewell cemetery.
