Flossie Mae Downs, 57, Edinburg route 1, died Thursday at Indiana Univer- sity Hospital in Indianapolis after a long illness. Funeral servic- es were conducted at 1:30 p.m. Mon- day by the Rev. Grover Myers at Apostolic Tabernac- le in Edinburg wi- th burial at Rest Haven Cemetery. Pallbearers were Steven Myers, Mark Myers, Lloyd Smith, Lawrence Jones, Rev. George Eagler and Chester Allman. Mrs. Downs was born Dec. 25, 1919 in Bartholomew Cou- nty to the late George and Rose Pruitt Cox. Survivors include three children, Jerry Downs, Rose Gosnell and Marie HcFadden, all of Edinburg; a sister, Mabel Burton of Ed- inburg, and six grandchildren.

EDINBURG — Flossie Mae Downs, 57, Edinburg route 1, died Thursday at Indiana University Hospital in Indianapolis after a long illness.
Funeral service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Monday by the Rev. Grover Myers at Apostolic Tabernacle in Edinburg.
Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery. Persons may call after 2 p.m. Sunday at Eskew Funeral Home in Edinburg.
Mrs. Downs was born Dec. 25, 1919, in Bartholomew County to the late George and Rose Pruitt Cox.
Survivors include three children, Jerry Downs, Rose Gosnell and Marie McFadden, all of Edinburg; a sister, Mabel Burton of Edinburg, and six grandchildren.
