We regret to hear of the death of J. B. Demaree, of Greenwood. He was a man of Christian ability and loved by all who knew him.

Notice to Heirs, Creditors, &c.

In the Johnson Circit [sic] Court of the State
of Indiana, September Term, 1897.
Notice is herby given that the Administrators and executors of estates herinafter {sic] named have presented and filed their report for final settlement as such to wit
Carrie E. and Milo A. Canary, Adms of John B. Demaree, deceased.
That the same will come up for examination and action of said Court on the 6th day of September 1897, at which time all Heirs Creditors, or Legatees of any of said estates above named are requested to appear in said court and show cause, if any there be, why said accounts, and the vouchers filed therewith, should not be approved, and the heirs of said decedents in estates where final settlements have been made, and there is anything remaining for distribution, are hereby notified to appear at said time and place and make proof of their heirship.
