Sarah Coy, wife of Wm. Coy, was buried here Sunday afternoon. She was a much respected lady as was attested by the large concourse of people who came to pay their last tribute of respect. Sister Coy early in life embraced religion, and ever remained a consistent Christian woman. She was a member of this church for nearly thirty years. She was the mother of nine children; seven with her husband survive her. She was about 67 years of age. The funeral was conducted by Brother Wm. Freeman.
