Rinier [sic] Cook, age 88 years, died Monday morning at 7 o’clock at his home in Greenwood, after a week’s illness from la grippe. He at one time resided in Franklin and kept a boarding house. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the M. E. church in Greenwood, conducted by Rev. J. R. Henry of the Baptist church.
