Home on Young Street
––––––
Jimmy, the nineteen months old son of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Coffman, passed away Wednesday evening at 8:45 o’clock at the home of his aunt, Mrs. Myrtle Barnett in Franklin. The little lad had been ill for several months, his condition becoming critical when he developed bronchial pneumonia a few days ago.
Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 3:30 o’clock at the Barnett home, 255 Young Street, in charge of the Rev. E. E. Aldrich of the Grace Methodist Church. Burial will be made in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the home at any time and attend the services.
The death of Jimmy is especially sad as his brother Lloyd Junior, known as Tyke, passed away just a little over a year ago at the age of almost three years. The death of the little boy has caused a great deal of sympathy for the parents and relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Coffman returned from Florida a few weeks ago where they spent most of the winter in an effort to benefit their little son’s health.
Jimmy was born October 5, 1932 in Franklin. During his short life he won many friends because of his sunny disposition and happy smile.
Surviving are the parents, the grandparents, Mrs. Henrietta Childs, and Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Coffman, and several uncles, aunts and cousins.
