EDINBURG, Dec. 10. - James H. Coffman, 70, died at his home this morning at 4:30 o’clock after an ill­ness which has confined him to his home for about five weeks.

He was the son of Isaac and Eva Weaver Coffman and was born in Indiana, April 1, 1857.

He was united in marriage to Mary L. Coy in 1887. To this union three children were born. Two have preceded him in death.

The wife and one son, Earl Coff­man, of Indianapolis, and a host of other relatives and friends survive.

The funeral services will be held at 10:30 o’clock Monday morning at the New Bethel Church and burial will be made in the Anderson cem­etery.
