A telegram Monday morning announced the sudden death of Dr. George E. Clark, of Waynesburg, Indiana. Dr. Clark attended Franklin college in 1878–9. He afterwards graduated at the Louisville College of Medicine. He married Miss Marion Tracy, of this city, in 1883 and settled in their present location. The cause of his death was not given, it not being known that he was ill. Dr. W. T. Stott and wife, who is a sister of Mrs. Clark, and Mrs. M. M. Tracy, left Wednesday for Waynesburg. The burial will probably be at Columbus, Dr. Clark’s former home.
