Death of Mrs. James Brown.
Mrs. James Brown died Tuesday evening about eight o’clock at her home south of town, age 46 years. The cause of her death was Bright’s disease, from which she had been a sufferer for some time. Besides a husband and child two years old she leaves a young babe but two weeks old. She was a daughter of Mrs. Eleanor Johnson, whose death occurred one year ago. Deceased was a member of the First Baptist church of this city. The funeral took place yesterday afternoon at two o’clock at the house, conducted by the pastor, Rev. E. S. Gardiner.
