EDINBURG — Katherine Broderick, 75, 408 East Campbell, died Friday at Johnson County Memorial Hospital at Franklin. She had been ill since late February.
Miss Broderick was a member of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church and Tri Kappa Sorority in Edinburg. She was employed over 49 years at Hill Brothers Veneer Corp., retiring several years ago as a corporate secretary.
Funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday by the Rev. Mike Welch at Holy Trinity Church. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery.
Persons may call at Eskew Funeral Home from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Sunday. Rosary will be said at the funeral home at 7:30 p.m. Sunday.
Miss Broderick was born June 25, 1902, in Edinburg to the late James R. and Anna Kramer Broderick. She was graduated from Edinburg High School and from Franklin College where she was a member of the Tri Delta Sorority. She also attended Indiana Business College.

Campbell street, Friday afternoon at the Johnson Cou- nty Memorial Hos- pital. She had been ill since Feb. 28. Calling hours and the Rosary were at Eskew Funeral home Sun- day. Burial was at Rest Haven Cemetery with L. E. Newton, Albert B. Cox, David Pat- terson, Lewis Vesp- oli, Michael Brod- erick and James Broderick serving as pallbearers. The deceased had been employed at Hill Brothers Ven- eer Company for 49½ years before her reitrement [sic] two years ago. She had been company secre- tary for years. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, a graduate of Edin- burg High School, attended Franklin College where she was affiliated with Tri Delta sorority, and also attended Indiana Business College. She was a member of Tri Kappa sorority of Edin- burg. Miss Broderick was born June 25, 1902, in Edinburg the daughter of James R. and Anna Kramer Broderick. Surviving are two nephews, James and Michael Brod- erick and several cousins. A brother, Edmund Broderick, preceded in death.
