EDINBURGH — George Breeding, 67 of Southeastern Street in Indianapolis, died Sunday morning at his home after a five-month illness. He was a former Edinburgh resident.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Little and Sons Funeral Home in Beech Grove, where persons may call after 6 o’clock tonight and after 1 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery, Edinburgh. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Breeding was born Nov. 13, 1910, in Edinburgh, son of the late Bernard Breeding and Marie Mutz Breeding Buck. He married Dorcas Lowe who survives. He was retired from RCA in Indianapolis and was a member of the Scottish Rite and the Southeastern Presbyterian Church in Indianapolis.
Other survivors include a son, Charles Breeding, at home, and two sisters, Dorothy Allen of Black Mountain, N. C., and Frances Etzel of Cincinnati. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Leda Parkhurst Breeding, and a son, Jack Edward Breeding.
