GREENWOOD.
Mrs. John Brackett’s funeral occurred last Saturday in the Christian church. Quite a large attendance. Another good woman has left us. We trust for glory.

Note: Indiana, Death Certificates, 1899–2011, Health Officer’s Number 6, page 21, records that Sarah Brackett died from cerebral hemorrhage of one half hour’s duration at 6:00 a.m. on 23 Nov 1899 in Pleasant Township, Johnson County, Indiana, aged eighty-two years, two months and twenty days. She was female, white and widowed, born to John Bowers and an unknown wife in Shelby County. She was buried in Greenwood on 25 Nov 1899, undertaker Wm. M. Carson.
