William Bowman
dies Saturday
in Indianapolis
Twenty-four-year-old William Boyd Bowman, an employe of Nichols Body Company, Columbus, died Saturday morning in Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis. He had been a patient there two weeks.
Funeral services are 2 p.m. Tuesday at Vandivier-Parsley Edinburg Chapel, U.S. 31 South, Edinburg. Friends may call after 2 p.m. today; burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
Born July 18, 1947 in Franklin, he was the son of Floyd and Lillian Hippe Bowman. He received his education in the Columbus schools and married the former Brenda Hill in Ohio in 1964. He was a member of the Martinsville Pentecostal Church.
Survivors include the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Bowman, the wife, Brenda, and four-year-old twin sons, David and Donald.
Also surviving is the grandfather, Olin Bowman of Franklin, and step-grandmother, Bessie Bowman, also of Franklin.
