Dies While Hunting
Services for Robert L. Bills Sr., 66, 1445 East Banta Road, will be held at 2:30p.m. Monday in G. H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home with burial in Washington Park East Cemetery.
Mr. Bills died Friday of a heart attack while hunting at the Rolling Acres Hunters’ Preserve at Quincy, of which he was a member.
He was born in Johnson County and had lived here most of his life. He was a moulder for Uniroyal Tire Company Division 40 years, retiring in 1970.
Mr. Bills was a member of Southport United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Alice Bills; daughter, Mrs. Charlene Gilliam of Plainfield, and son Robert L. Bills Jr. of Indianapolis.

Bills Jr., grandfather of Bradley Bills and Elliott Gilham, brother of Mrs. Mary Brenneman, Mrs. Martha Helfenberqer, Miss Marjorie Bills, Mr. Cloyd Bills, Mrs. Helen Boaz, Mrs. Mable Boaz, Mrs. Susan Kyle, Mrs. Charles. N. Bills, and Mrs. Jane Dunham, passed away Friday. Funeral Monday, 2:30 p.m., at the G. H. HERRMANN MADISON AVE. FUNERAL HOME, 5141 Madison Ave. Friends invited.
