Man Is Found Dead
John H. Anderson, 59, a resident of Peoga, died of a heart attack at 12:15 p.m. Tuesday while sitting in a truck at Davis and Walter’s gravel pit company in Franklin.
Company employees found him sitting in the truck. He had been employed by the company for five years as a truck driver.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday (today) at the Mutz Funeral Home in Edinburg by the Rev. Ray Bozell. Burial will be at Nineveh cemetery.
He was born in Brown County March 2, 1904, the son of Oliver and Liza Beech Anderson.
Surviving with his wife, the former Miss Leota Stuart, is a son, John Anderson of Peoga; two half-brothers, Joseph Titsworth of Edinburgh and Wilbur Titsworth of Franklin; two half-sisters, Mrs. Nettie Hayden of Columbus and Mrs. Thursa Shallenberger of Rockford, Illinois.

John H. Anderson Found Dead Yesterday
John H. Anderson of Trafalgar, 59, half brother of Joe Titsworth of Edinburg, was found dead yesterday shortly after noon following a heart attack.
Mr. Anderson, a trucker, was at the Davis and Walters Gravel Pit when he suffered the attack. He was found slumped in the seat of his truck.
Born in Brown County March 2, 1904, he was the son of Oliver and Liza Beech Anderson.
He married Leota Stewart and the couple have one son.
Surviving with them are two half brothers, Joe Titsworth of here and Wilbur Titsworth of Franklin; two half sisters, Mrs. Nettie Hayden of Columbus and Mrs. Thursa Shallenberger of Rockville, Illinois.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 Thursday at the Mutz Funeral Home with the Reverend Ray Bozell in charge of the services. Burial will be at Nineveh Cemetery. Friends may call at any time.
