Mrs. Adams, widow of the late Ephraim Adams, died Sunday at her home in Edinburg. Funeral services were held Tuesday.

Note: Indiana, Death Certificates, 1899–2011, Edinburg, Blue River Township, Johnson County, Certificate and Record of Death, page 2 records that Sarah V. Adams died on 27 May 1900 at her residence in Edinburg from fibroid myocarditis, aged eighty-seven years, ten months and twenty-seven days. She was female, white, widowed and a housewife, birthplace Pennsylvania. Her father’s name was Wm. Stackhouse and her mother’s maiden name Sarah V. Stackhouse [sic], both born in Pennsylvania. The informant was L. F. Adams. Sarah was buried in Edinburg on 29 May 1900, J. M. Breeding, undertaker.
