Again has the angel of death invaded our ranks and on its snow white wings born to the realms of bliss above another victim, Mrs. William Abbott, in the 17th year of her age. One just beginning in life with an able helpmate who has been compelled to surrender to the grim monster. She leaves a loving husband, a mother, five sisters, four brothers and a host of friends to mourn her loss. The funeral services were delivered last Monday morning at the M. E. church by Rev. Winegar, after which the remains, in the care of undertaker Brown, of Franklin, were tenderly and carefully laid to rest by the side of her father in the Robinson cemetery, to await the sound of the trumpet on the resurrection morn.
