MRS. IDA REINKING
TESCOTT - Mrs. Ida Reinking(*Ida Marie Minneman), 95, of Tescott, died at her home Thursday.
Mrs. Reinking, was born Sept. 25, 1868, at Sunman, Ind.
Surviving are her brother, Ezra Minneman, Tescott; three daughters, Mrs. Tessa Dupes, Mentor; .Mrs. Sylvia Perry and Leila Reinking, both of Tescott; six sons, Herbert, Milton; Horace, Udall; Arthur, Coffeyville; Ira, Charlestown W. Va.; Ernest, Sun City, Ariz., and Clifford, Tescott; 24 grandchildren; and 40 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 2 pm Saturday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Tescott, the Rev.Harold Martens officiating. Burial will be in Franklin cemetery, Tescott.
Friends may call at the Haley funeral home, Minneapolis.

After a short illness of about one week, Dietrich Ellinghausen, one of Greendale's esteemed citizens, passed away at his home on Ridge avenue, Thursday morning, October 31. He had been in failing health for the past year, but during this time he was always active and few were aware that his health was slowly declining. A short time previous to his death he contracted a cold which developed into pneumonia.
Mr. Ellinghausen was born in Ripley county Sept. 6, 1853. His parents were Henry and Sophia Schroer Ellinghausen. When still young he came with his parents to Dearborn county and following his marriage he lived on a farm in Lawrenceburg township until his removal to Lawrenceburg about seventeen years ago, when he retired from farming. After coming to this city Mr. and Mrs. Ellinghausen lived for two years in Newtown and then located in Greendale, where they resided for the past fifteen years.
September 20, 1877, Mr. Ellinghausen was united in marriage with Miss Eliza Reinking at Bellair church. Eight children were born to this union, five sons and three daughters.
The deceased was a man of high standing in his community, noted for his integrity, honesty, and industry. The interests of his family were always nearest and dearest to him and one of the cherished aims of his life was that his children should have a good education. It gave him a great deal of satisfaction in his later years to see this wish fulfilled. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran church of Bellair for half a century.
Surviving are his widow, who at this writing lies critically ill at her home with pneumonia, four sons, Henry, who resides on the old home place, John and Ed of Oklahoma, William of Saskatchewan, Canada; three daughters, Mrs. Carl Eberhart of Dayton, O., Mrs. Henry Andrews of Trivoli, Ill., Mrs. Arthur Koetkemeyer of this city; thirteen grandchildren, one brother, Henry Ellinghausen of Kyle, two sisters, Mrs. August Leffler of Wright's Corner, Mrs. Margaret Johnson of near Hogan Hill, other relatives and a wide circle of friends and acquaintances.
Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at two o'clock at Bellair church, Rev. A. Borchart officiating. Interment in the church cemetery at Bellair.

Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon (Friday) at 2:00 o'clock for Mrs. Elizabeth Ellinghausen, at the St. John Lutheran church, Bellair. Rev. A. W. Borchardt, pastor of St. John's will conduct the services. Burial will be in the church cemetery, Fitch Bros. in charge of the funeral arrangements.
Mrs. Ellinghausen died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Arthur Koetkemeyer, on Main street, Lawrenceburg, Tuesday at 8:35 a.m., after a long illness. May 29, of last year she broke her hip and was in a Cincinnati hospital for three weeks. She returned later to her daughter's home but later was taken back to the hospital in November for additional treatment. For the past three weeks she was very seriously ill.
Mrs. Ellinghausen was born in Manchester Township, October 27, 1852, the daughter of Ernest and Wilhelmina Lange Reinking. She was married to Dietrich Ellinghausen, Sept. 22, 1877, at St. John's Church, Bellair. Mr. Ellinghausen passed away in October, 1929. Following her husband's death she came to Lawrenceburg to make her home.
Mrs. Ellinghausen was the oldest member of St. John's Church, joining when it was founded and was a member of the Ladies' Aid. She was a woman of fine Christian character, beloved not only by her family but by everyone who knew her.
She leaves four sons, Henry D. Ellinghausen, Bellair; John G. Ellinghausen, Tulsa, Okla.; William A. Ellinghausen, Great Falls, Mont.; and Edwin A. Ellinghausen of Sapulpa, Okla.; three daughters, Mrs. Carl Eberhart, Dayton, O.; Mrs. Henry Andrews, Trivoli, Ill.; Mrs. Arthur Koetkemeyer, Lawrenceburg, Ind.; 15 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. One son died in infancy.
A brother, Henry Reinking, died a number of years ago.

Ellinghausen, Sapulpa, Okla.; Mrs. and Mrs. Henry Andrews and daughter Charlotte and son Robert of Trivoli, Ill.; Mrs. Lyman Plumer of Elmwood, Ill.; Mr. and Mrs. William Lange and Mrs. Louise Beckenholdt, La Porte, Ind.; Mr. and Mrs. Carl Eberhart and daughters, Jean and Ann and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Pfeifer and Mrs. Raymond Keck, all of Dayton, O.

Henry Ellinghouse died on Tuesday morning last, after a long illness and severe affliction. He leaves a wife and five children to mourn his loss. He was an honorable, industrious citizen and a good, kind neighbor, was a member of the Lutheran Church, and died in the faith of the gospel. His funeral will take place at the church, near Mr. Thomas Masons, on Thursday, at eleven o'clock, A. M.
