Mount Pleasant Church

To the right of the cemetery, in the open land next to the tree, there was a church that was taken down in about 1982.

According to a local long time resident, there are unknown and unmarked graves towards the back of the open land behind where the church once was. When travelers passing through would die, they were buried at night behind the church where they could not be seen.

There was also a school house to the left of the cemetery that has also been taken down.

This area is where the church stood, and travelers were buried.
