We the within _______ viz, Peyton HOLT, Cary COX, Clement HANCOCK, William BARROW and John M. MINTER do solemnly swear that we will divide

the personal estate, viz belonging to the estate of Winbourn ODOM dec’d. The Negroes among the lawfull legatees impartially without favour or affection agreeable to law to the best of our _____ and ability so help us God.

We the c__________ appointed by the Honorable the Inferior Court of Putnam County agreeable to a c_________ to us directed have proceeded to the duty of us required after being duly sworn, do certify that we have divided or allotted the property as follows among the lawfull legatees, viz,

We allot to Isom W. SHIERLING the following Negroes, Demus, Sofa, Martha, Ransom, Leah, Hardy, Luke, David, Mariah and Patsy by estimation at cash price amounts to Thirtyfive hundred and twentyfive Dollars_______$3525.00

To Boykin ODOM a minor the following negroes viz, Caroline, Cherry, Sarah, Tilitha (or Tabitha), Hasty, Avaline, George, Frank, Abner, Rainey, Olive, Laury estimated at cash price of Thirtysix hundred and ten dollars______$3610.00

The Gaurdian of the said minor pay to the said SHIERLING money to make their parts equal which is $42.50
