PUDDICOMBE, Raymond - Dr. Raymond Puddicombe, 66, Tampa chiropractor for 25 years, died in his office at 709 Franklin St., yesterday, apparently as a result of a heart attack. He had practiced the profession in Florida for 30 years and came to Tampa in August, 1914. He graduated from the chiropractic department of the Temple of Knowledge at Oklahoma City in 1907. Dr. Puddicombe, who resided at 6118 Central Ave., was a member of the Masonic Order, Knights Templar and the Egypt Temple Shrine. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Carrie PUDDICOMBE; a daughter, Miss Margaret Puddicomb [sic]; a sister, Mrs. L. Rose, Rockford, Ill.,; three brothers, William PUDDICOMBE and T.R.
