6 [NOTE: Blank Pages] Georgia } Bulloch County } I Samuel Harrell do swear that I as well as Sarah E Alderman and John E Collins saw the within named Sarah Griner sign, publish the within papers as her last Will and Testament. That I subscribed the same as a Witness thereto as the special instance and request of the said Sarah Griner and in her presence as did also Sarah E. Alderman ad John E. Collins that the said Sarah Griner Signed the same freely and voluntarily And was at the time of such signing of sound and disposing mind and memory, Sworn to and subscribed before me This June 1st 1891 } Samuel Harrell A. R. Lanier Ordny, BC } I A. R. Lanier Ordny of said county, do certify that the above and foregoing is a true copy of the minutes of this Court, in regard to the Probation of the Will and Testament of Sarah Griner, deceased. This Novr 28th 1892. A R Lanier Ordny Bulloch County Georgia } Bulloch County } To JC Jones and JB Cone - Greeting The Will of Sarah Griner, late of said County, deceased, Having been duly proved abd admitted to Record in my office in which you were the persons names to carry out its provisions and you said JC Jones and JB Cone having taken and subscribed the oath required by law as the Executors thereof. These are therefore to authorize You. And You are hereby authorized and required to do and perform all the duties imposed by said Will and the laws of said State.
