Before me Wm F Malphurs
County Judge in and for said County
Personally appeared John Uglow who beaing by me duly sworn says that he was personally present as a subscribing and attesting witness with Louise Uglow and M.E. Truby who wer also present as subscribing and attesting witnesses and saw the testator Fado Tyson make his mark to his name subscribed to the instrument of writing hereto annext as and for his Last Will and Testament and that the said Fado Tyson did then and theare in the presence of the said John Uglow Louise Uglow and M.E. Truby publish and declare the same to be his Last Will & Testament that the said John Uglow Louise Uglow and M E Truby as attesting witnesses did then and theare as special request of said Fado Tison and in his presence and in the presence of each other subscribe theare names thearto as attesting witnesses and said John Uglow further swears that he verily believes the said Instrument of writing hereto annexed so subscribed and published declared and published and attested as aforesaid to be the true last Will and Testament of said testator the said Fado Tyson.

Last Will and Testament of Fado Tyson
In the name of God Amen I Fado Tyson
of the County of Bradford and State of Florida beaing of lawfull age and of sound mind and memory do make and publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say
First - I give and bequeath to my four children all of whom are all minors namely Samuel Tison, William Tison, John Tison and Gad Tison all of my Personal Estate which is small share and share alike and I give and devise to my said children above mentioned share and share alike my Real Estate the place on which I now reside in Bradford County State of Florida containing about forty acres more or less which is all the earthly goods I possess}
Thirdly I desire my Executor hereinafter to take charge of my Estate after my decease to pay my funeral expenses and debts and the residue to keep and use the same for the maintainence education and support of my four children above mentioned with full power and authority to sell the same for the purpose of paying my debts and for the use and benefit of my said children eather at private or public sale so the same is done to best advantage of those interested and make deeds to same
Fourth I hereby nominate appoint and constitute my friend Jacob M Truby of the town of Stark in said County of Bradford and State of Florida as my sole Executive of this my Last Will and Testament and to act without giveing Bond and also as the Testamentary Guardian of my aforesaid four children hereby eraseing all former Wills by me mad in Testemomy Wheare of I hereunto set my hand and seal this 28 twenty eight day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and ninety two (1892)

The above instrument consisting of two sides of a sheet of paper was at the date theare of signed sealed and published and declared by the said Fado Tyson as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his presense and in the presense of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereunto
