Will of E.C. Truluck, Bradford County, FL 1894

                                  Before me Wm F. Malphurs, County Judge in and for said County personally came Mary C. Magnum and Eliza A. Moore and Julia Knight, who, each being duly sworn severally say that they were present during the time of the last sickness of E.C. Truluck late of said County deceased, and who died on the 19th day of may A.D. 1894, that on the 12th day of May A.D. 1894, the said E.C. Truluck did devise and bequeath orally, unto his mother Elizabeth Truluck all his property of every kind and description, of which he might die seized and possessed, and did call upon these affiants to bear witness that such was his last will.
