Will of Cornelia Bryan, Starke, Bradford County, FL, 1892

I Cornelia Bryan of Starke, County of Bradford, and State of Florida, being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make pubish and declare the following my Last Will and Testament hereby revoaking, and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made. ' ' ' After the payment of my just debts, And funeral expenses, I give devise and bequeath to Augusta Loehr von Kirn, all of my estate, Real and Personal and mixed. Where ever the same may be situated to have and to hold, to her, her heirs and assigns.


And I hereby nominate constitute and appoint Adolph Loehr von Kirn Executor of this my Last Will and Testament and request that no other or further Bond be required of him than his own bond for the faithfull performance of his dutys as such. In Witness, whereof I have hereunto set my hand seal, This Twenty third day of February, AD 1892
