Will of Bina Mitchell, Lincoln City, Bradford Co, FL 1894
In the name of God Amen
I, Bina Mitchell of Lincoln City, in the County of Bradford and State of Florida Considering the uncertainty of life and being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament.
First - I give and bequeath to my daughter Josephine Osteen, wife of Berry Osteen The residence where I now live, including one and three quarter 1-3/4 acres of land. I also give and bequeath to my said daughter Josephine Osteen all my household furniture of every kind and description now in my house of which I may die seized and possess, except, one Sofa, one Center Table, one Bureau one safe and one Rocking Chair, which belongs to my son Henry Mitchell Sr.
2nd - I give and bequeath to my son Henry Mitchell Sr. one and one half acres of land, the same being a part of the land now owned by me.
3rd - I give and bequeath to Henry Stephenson one half (1/2) acre of land lying on the out side of the fence, northweat from the house now occupied by me
4th - I give and bequeath for burrial purposes one quarter of an acre of land, and it is my Will that the said land shall never be cultivated or used for any other purpose, than a burrial place for the dead, and that it shall belong to the dead forever. { 5th I nominate and appoint Wm Edwards Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament. In Witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal, and publish and decree, this my last Will and Testament, in presence of named below, on this 26th day of June AD 1894.
