In the name of God Amen.  I Abraham Bailey, being of sound mind and memory, do make publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other and former Wills and Codicils by me made, I desire my Executor herein after named, to pay all of my just and lawful debts.


I give bequeath and devise, to my beloved wife Cathrein M. Bailey " all my property and estate both real and personal, to her own use and benifit forever.  I hereby Nominate, Constitute and appoint Cathrien M. Bailey my beloved wife Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, and desire, and wish her to act as such Executrix without Bond, And that she be not required to make any reports or returns to any Courts, as to her acts and doings in the premises. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal

The foregoing instrument was signed and executed in our presence by Abraham Bailey and acknowledged, declared and published by him as his last Will and Testament, and signed by him in our presence, and we at his request, signed the same as subscribing in his presence and in the presence of each other

County of Bradford  }  Before me Wm. F. Malphurs, County Judge in and for said County,
                       Personally appeared Wm. Ellery Davis who being by me duly sworn says that he was personally present as a subscribing Witness, with James T. Wills--who was also present, as a subscribing, and attesting witness and saw the Testator Abraham Bailey subscribe his name to the instrument of writing hereto annexed as and for his Last Will and Testament. That the said Abraham Bailey did then and there in the presence of said James T. Wills and Wm Ellery Davis, as attesting witnesses, did then and there at the special request of said Abraham bailey, and in his presence and in the presence of each other subscribe their names thereto as attesting witnesses, And the said Wm Ellery Davis further swears that he verily believes the said instrument of writing hereto annexed so subscribed, published, declared and attested as aforesaid, to be the true last Will and Testament of said Testator, the said Abraham Bailey.
