Bradford County Florida } By the Judge of said Court.
In the matter of Granting Letters of }
Administration in the estate of }
Kelly Jones deceased }
On the the application of Mack Desue in favor of F.R. Morgan, to have issued to him, Letters of Administration on the estate of said Kelly Jones deceased, intestate, late of said County, and it appearing, to the Court that said Mack Due, is a distributee of said estate, And that said F.R. Morgan is over twenty one years of age, and a fit person to receive said appointment, It is ordered, adjudged and decreed that said F.R. Morgan, be and he is hereby, appointed, Administrator of the Estate of said Kelly Jones, deceased, and that upon taking the prescribed oath, and entering into Bond, to be approved, by this Court, in the sum of Two Hundred and fifty Dollars, Letters of Administration in the estate aforesaid, be granted to said applicants }
