Miss Marie Meser, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Meser, 1615 N. Eleventh street, and Elmer Bahr, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ferdinand Bahr, 1427 Huron avenue, were united in marriage at 2 p.m. today at St. Paul's Lutheran church by Rev. Edward Schmidt. During the service an appropriate vocal solo was rendered.
The bride was attired in a gown of white georgette and her flowers consisted of roses, sweetpeas and babybreath.
Miss Mollie Rempe and Miss Hertha Bahr, a sister of the groom, were the bridesmaids. Miss Rempe wore a dress of green taffeta and her flowers were carnations and babybreath. Miss Bahr wore a pretty gown of yellow taffeta and her flowers were similar to those of the other attendant.
Little Miss Hilda Meser, a niece of the bride, and Miss Estelle Bahr, were the flower girls. They both wore pretty frocks and carried beautiful bouquets.
Following the ceremony a wedding dinner was served at the home of the bride's parents to the immediate members of the couple, and decorations were carried out in the color scheme of pink and white.
Mr. and Mrs. Bahr, who have a host of friends who extend felicitations, will be at home at 1526 N. Twelfth street.
