A Wilson Couple Married
The marriage of Chris. Roehrborn, a prominent farmer of the town of Wilson,
and Mrs. Mary Wachsmuth also of Wilson, took place on Wednesday. The nuptial
knot was tied at the German Reformed church at three o'clock in the
afternoon. Miss Edna Ramming and Mr. Arthur Ploetz attended Mr. and Mrs.
Roehrborn.
A chicken dinner was served from six to eight in the evening, and there were
nearly one hundred guests present. A dance followed at the groom's large
barn, and the large company made merry until the gray of the early dawning
reminded many of them that it was nearly milking time.
The happy couple were reminded that they had friends by numerous gifts and well wishes.
