LINDSAY-MURPHY WEDDING
The marriage of Miss Essie Murphy of this place to George H. Lindsay of Fond
du Lac was solemnized at St. Mary's church Tuesday morning at nine o'clock.
The bride was dressed in a beautiful gown of cream silk crepe and carried
yellow roses, while the maid of honor, Miss Kate Lindsay, wore a dress of
pale blue and carried pink roses. Miss Ellie Taft, cousin of the bride,
acted as bridesmaid and was dressed in white and carried pink roses also.
The groom was attended by his brother, Robert, and Will Brogan, who acted as
best man. After the ceremony the young couple returned to the bride's home,
where a dinner was served to the near relatives. They left on the evening
train and will make their future home in Fond du Lac.
