MARRIAGES (Dec. 12, 1917)

The same morning the marriage of Miss Alma Dippel and Gordon Burke was
solemnized at St. John's church by Rev. Meyer. In this instance Miss Hattie
Dippel attended her sister while Robert Burke attended the groom. The
bride, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Dippel is well known in the town
of Mitchell where she has always made her home. The groom is the son of
Mrs. Mary Burke of this city. He is an enterprising young man who has
mastered the cheesemakers trade and now has a cheese factory near Parnell.
He is a young man of sterling qualities who is making good at his trade.
The couple will reside above the groom's cheese factory at Parnell.
