MARRIED:

HOEFFEL – SAYLOR.  At the residence of the brides parents, Saugatuck,
Mich., Wednesday, January 31st, 1883, by the Rev. Mr. Saylor, the brides
father, Frank Hoeffel, of Oconto, Wis., and Miss Saylor, of Saugatuck,
Mich.

O’KEEF—HOEFFEL.  At St. Joseph’s church in this city, Wednesday
afternoon, January 31, 1883, by the Rev. Father Swieback,  Dr. P. O’Keef
and Miss Lizzie Hoeffel, both of Oconto.
 

**DR. O’KEEF and Miss Lizzie Hoeffel, both of whom are well acquainted
in this city and much esteemed by all that enjoy their acquaintance,
were quietly married Wednesday afternoon, at Joseph church by the Rev.
Father Swiebach.  We are confident, that we voice the feelings of their
friends (who are legions) when we express the hope that their most
sanguine anticipation may be fully realized and that their domestic life
may be without a cloud.
 

**FRANK HOEFFEL started for Michigan one day last week, on a very
interesting errand.  He is expected back tomorrow accompanied by his
wife.  Mr. And Mrs. Frank Hoeffel have the best wishes  of the REPORTER
for their happiness and prosperity.

**DR. O’KEEF and wife left the evening of their marriage for Chatham,
Canada.  The following morning they were to meet at the Grand Pacific
Hotel, at Chicago, Mr. And Mrs. Frankl Hoeffel and a cousin of Mrs.
O’Keef and her husband, the three couples having been married Wednesday,
their marriages taking place at different places.

SCHWEIM – LA FLOOR.  At the Roth House Feby 8, 1883, by Frank Deimer,
Justice of Peace, Claus Henry Schweim, and Margarette La Floor, both of
Beaver Creek, Marinette county, Wis.

O’BRIEN – NOLAN.  At St. Joseph’s church in this city, Monday, February
5th, 1883, by Rev. Fr. Sweibach, pastor of the church, Mr. P. W.
O’Brien, of Plum Creek, Neb, and Miss B. A. Nolan of Maple Grove, Wis.

**THE MARRIAGE of Miss Bessie Juneau, sister of Mrs. James McGee, and
with whom many of our society people are acquainted, and R. S. Dousman,
both of Milwaukee, was solemnized at the residence of the bride’s aunt,
Mrs. C. A. Butles, 714 Sycamore street, Milwaukee, on the 7th inst.

**IT IS INTIMATED that our young energetic and popular townsman, Louis
Fischer, will meet his fate on the 29th inst., and that before or after
that off date, “two hearts will beat as one.”  We congratulate the lady
who is to become the partner of his joys—he has no sorrows.

Frank Deimer, justice of the peace, Mr. George Doorak and Miss Della
Duffeny, both of this city.

At the residence of John Day Davis when Mr. Edward Hornibrook, of Marinette
and Miss Andrewline Gordon, of this city, were united in holy
matrimony.  The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Samuel Renyolds,
pastor of the M. E. church.

the contracting parties being Miss Bert Adams and Mr. David Doty. The
ceremony occurred at 5 o’clock, the Rev. J. H. Kerr of the
Presbyterian church officiating.

Oconto, by the Ref. Wm. Rowbotham, Mr. Eber E. Duket, of Peshtigo, and
Miss Kate Smith, of Oconto.

25, 1883, by the Rev. J. H. Kerr, pastor of the Presbyterian church,
Miss Etta Runkel and Mr. Rowland P. Smith both of this city.

FOREL—STEFFEL.  In this city July 25, 1883, by Frank Deimer, justice of
the peace, Mr. Joseph Forel and Miss Maggie Steffel, both of Oconto.

MAHER—FITZSIMMONS.  At St. Joseph’s church July 17, 1883, by the Rev.
father Swiebach, Mr. Ed. Maher, of West Bay City, Mich., and Miss Maria
Fitzsimmons, of this city.

A QUIET wedding was solemnized at the residence of John Runkel, the
bride’s father, Wednesday evening, July 25, 1883, the contracting
parties being Miss Etta Runkel and Mr. Rowland P. Smith, the marriage
ceremony being performed by the Rev. J. H. Kerr, pastor of the
Presbyterian church.

MADE HAPPY. Ed. Maher, of Bay City, Mich., and Maria Fitzsimmons, of
this city, were united in marriage at St. Joseph’s church in this city
on Tuesday, July 17, 1883, Rev. Father Swiebach officiating.

of the peace Mr. Peter Johnson, and Miss Henrite Larson, both of Oconto

McDONALD—CHEFFINGS.  At the residence of Frazier McDonald, Monday
evening, August 20, 1883, by the Rev. William Dafter, Rector of the St.
Marks, Mr. Melville McDonald of this city and Miss Hannah Cheffings, of
Maple Valley.

PLEASANT EVENT.  A pleasant wedding occurred at the Presbyterian church
in this city, Tuesday afternoon, September 4th, 1883, the contracting
parties being Mr. William Alexander and Miss Sophia K. Good, Rev. J. H.
Kerr, pastor of the church performing the ceremony.

MR. CHARLES W. JACKSON, of Depere, who has many warm friends in this
city, and Miss Marion Proctor, also of Depere, were united in the holy
bands of matrimony at the home of the bride a week ago Wednesday
evening.  Mr. Jackson and his bride have the best wishes of his friends
here for their domestic felicity, earthly prosperity and eternal joy.

the Presbyterian church which will be open to the friends of the happy
couple.

OLIVER—LINKS.  At the Presbyterian church in this city Wednesday, Nov.
14, 1883, by the Rev. J. H. Kerr pastor, Mr. W. G. Oliver and Miss
Carrie Links, both of this city.

**ON THE 6th inst. Harry J. Brown and Miss Chippie, second daughter of
Hon. Isaac Stephenson, were united in the holy bonds of matrimony at the
elegant residence of the bride’s father. 

**FRED KIRCHMAN, chief of the engineer corps of the St. Paul Eastern
railroad slipped away very quietly one day last week and went to
Milwaukee where he was married to a most estimable lady, a resident of
that city.

In Abrams on Tuesday, Nov. 27.  The parties  were Miss Carrie Delano and Mr. Lawrence Bell.
The marriage ceremony was performed by Hunter Orr, justice of the
peace.
