Julius Juhre was born Dec 1847 (1900 Fed Census), in Germany as were both his parents. He came to America in 1858, at the age of 11 years, and was a naturalized citizen by 1900. That same year he was age 52 and had been married 31 years. He owned a farm in Little Suamico, Oconto County, Wisconsin. He died in Racine, Wisconsin, after 1930. His wife was Frederica Koenig. She was born in Wisconsin July 1855. Both her parents had been born in Germany and she came to America in 1860 at the age of 5 years. By 1900 she had given birth to 10 children, 8 of whom were living. Frederica died between 1900 and 1920.

Julius Juhre, age 81, as head of his own household on Meade Street in Racine. He
is married to Evelyn, age 60. She was born in Germany, as were both her parents,
and came to America in 1884. No others are living in that household.
