Joseph-Marie had his two first children in Riviere-Ouelle, before
moving his
family to Riviere-des-Praires (1760), Montreal (1763) where he baptised
four
children and then to Berthier (1771) where he had his last two children.
Joseph-Marie remarried to Agathe MANDEVILLE 19 Aug. 1782 at Lanoraie
(St.Joseph parish church), L'Assomption co. (a parish close to Berthier).
He
remarried third to Marie-Anne CHARRON dit DUCHARME 10 Feb. 1784
at
Ste-Genevieve de Berthier. Joseph-Marie BOUCHER died 7 Aprl. (burial
9
Aprl.) 1786 at Berthier.
Many of Joseph's sons were employed as voyageurs.
