This picture of the Adam HAYMAKER house was taken in the fall of 2002. Facing the two houses, it is the brown house on the left.

The house was built ca 1753-1760 on Lot Number 202 in the Lord Fairfax Winchester Addition. The lot is located on the northwest corner of Clifford & Cameron Streets. Cameron Street was also known as New Street, as well as Market Street, in the early years.

The deed for this ½ acre lot is located in the Northern Neck Grants L; 15 May 1753; page 80; Library of Virginia Reel No. 295.
