In the name of God Amen. I William Morrison of Frederick Co. State of Virginia being weak in body, but of a sound and perfect mind memory and understanding before Almighty God for the same, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following: That is to say my beloved wife Mary Morrison to have the place on which I now live on during her natural life. It is my will that the place on which my sons James and John lives on to be rented for six years and then sold at which time my youngest child will be of age. And the said James and John is to have it in preference of any other person. I give and bequeath all the personal property on the place on which my sons James and John lives on to be rented for six years and then sold at which time my youngest child will be of age. And the said James and John is to have it in preference of any other person. I give and bequeath all the personal property on the place on which I now live to my beloved wife Mary Morrison forever to be disposed of as she pleases. I wish my body to be decently buried and all my just debts paid out of the rents of the places on which my sons James and John lives on and as much of the personal property on the place on which I live as my wife is disposed to part with. I give and bequeath fifty dollars besides their equal share to each of my youngest sons Thomas and Edward to be paid them at the termination of the above named six years. If it should be the will of God that my wife should die before the expiration of the above named six years. I will the place on which I now live to be rented until the end of the above named six years at such time they are to be sold by the executors to best advantage they can of which sale mony all my children are to have an equal share, except my son William for whom I have paid one hundred dollars, which hundred dollars I allow the executors to take out of his share and give to my sons James and John fifty dollars each. It is my desire that my wife Mary Morrison and James Jones should be the executors of this my last will and testament. In witnefs whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this eighth day of August 1829. Signed Sealed Published and disclosed by the above named William Morrison to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who at his request and in his presence have hereunto subscribed our names as witnefs to the same.
