Dry Fork Cemetery
DRY FORK Cemetary, in Dry Fork, Uintah County, Utah. Dry Fork was formerly knownas Mountain Dell. Records recorded are for the years 1881-1953.
According to the book "Builders of Uintah" by the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers, the Dry Fork cemetary was originally owned by Mark Hall. Upon his death his widow sold it to Orson Hall. It was later deeded to the county in 1965 by Dan "Butch" Hall. The first burial here was that of Chloe Louisa Hall, daughter of Mark and Mary Hall on Oct. 28, 1881.
