While in Emory last Tuesday, Judge H umphrey of Point received a telephone message announcing the death of Mrs. Rice, sister to his wife, at their hom in Ft. Worth. Also, she is a sister to Mr. Sam Bellah, who lives near Point. She is the wife of Prof. O. Rice, who taught school in Emory 20 odd years ago. She was about 75 years old and the cause of her death was dropsy.
