HMC v. 1, p 568-569

John Owen was rector of Christ Episcopal Church 1862-1867. He was ill with yellow fever when Mrs. Wadsworth died (see Wadsworth notation).

(He was most likely the father of Tremoine as no other evidence of an Owen family was found in the sources listed above.)
