It is the mission of the Lavaca-Navidad River
Authority to manage, conserve and protect
natural resources of the Lavaca Basin in
partnership with our customers to enhance
growth and development of the Basin's communities
the well-being of its citizens and the environment
in which they live.

In furtherance of the Lavaca-Navidad River
Authority mission, the Board of Directors hereby
dedicate the Main Event Center at the Brackenridge
Recreation Complex for the use and enjoyment by the
citizens of Jackson County and of the Gulf Coast.
