School News

During the first part of last week two of the pupils were absent due to bad colds and bad weather.

The children have been enjoying their country store this cold, rainy weather. One is the storekeeper and the others are customers who buy groceries. By this means they learn and are kept interested during part of their recreation period instead of getting out into the rain.

There are four pupils in our school who are perfect in attendance without any tardy marks at this time.

First Grade: Frances Browning, Charlie Foxell, Eugene Gregory
Second Grade: Marguerite Shook

These little students are to be praised for their efforts to attend school during the bad cold weather. We wish the others would do this well the next two months.
