April 26, 1926 pg. 12 George Tinsley, 55, of Sherman, Dies in Dallas Special to the News Sherman Texas, April 25 - George Tinsley, 55 years old, died in a Dallas Sanitarium Saturday afternoon. He had been a lifelong resident of Sherman and for years was a member of the fire department at the central station. Later he was a prohibition enforcement officer in the employ of the United States Government until his health failed him two years ago. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Bessie Tinsley.
