 West Hill Cemetery Sherman, Texas  Joseph B. Kimbrough 17 August 1831 - 8 October 1886 Shermam Daily Register 8 October 1886 Uncle Joe Kimbrough, as he was known by everyone, died at his room at the Beiler house this afternoon at 2 o'clock, and will be buried tomorrow afternoon. Let us forget his faults and remember the good qualifications, which he had many. Shermam Daily Register 9 October 1886 MORTUARY All that was mortal of Joseph B. Kimbrough was buried at the city cemetery this afternoon at 2 p.m. The funeral services were held at the Nort Travis street Presbyterian church by Rev. J. S. Moore, pastor of the congregation. Notwithstanding the fact that he had some faults, he was a man generally liked and his death is deeply regretted.
